Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Studio Šterijev. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By engaging with Studio Šterijev, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

2. Services

Studio Šterijev offers brand strategy and design services. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a separate Project Proposal or Agreement.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1. Fees for services will be specified in the Project Proposal or Agreement.

3.2. Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon.

3.3. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1. The Client agrees to provide all necessary information and materials required for the project in a timely manner.

4.2. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all information and materials provided are accurate and do not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Project Timeline

5.1. Studio Šterijev will make reasonable efforts to meet project deadlines. However, timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

5.2. Delays caused by the Client (e.g., late submission of materials or feedback) may result in adjusted timelines.

6. Revisions and Approvals

6.1. The Project Proposal or Agreement will outline the number of revisions included in the service fee.

6.2. Additional revisions outside of this scope may incur extra charges.

6.3. The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving work at various stages of the project.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Upon full payment, the Client will receive the rights to the final deliverables as specified in the Project Proposal or Agreement.

7.2. Studio Šterijev retains the right to use project deliverables for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Confidentiality

8.1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the project.

8.2. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available or obtained independently.

9. Termination

9.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days.

9.2. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. Studio Šterijev will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

10.2. The total liability of Studio Šterijev for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Studio Šterijev is based (Republic of Serbia).

12. Amendments

Studio Šterijev reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
