Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

Studio Šterijev primarily provides brand strategy, design services, and digital development. Due to the custom nature of our work and the time invested in every project, our refund policy differs from that of a standard retail store.

Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services or purchasing any future products.

2. Design & Strategy Services

Since our services (Brand Identity, Logo Design, Web Design) involve the creation of custom intellectual property and require significant time investment, refunds are generally not available once the project has commenced.

  • Deposits (Upfront Payment): The 50% deposit required to book your project slot is non-refundable. This fee covers our initial research, setup, and the reservation of time in our schedule, preventing us from taking on other work.
  • Project Cancellation: If you (the Client) choose to cancel the project after work has begun but before completion, you are responsible for paying for all work completed up to the cancellation date (based on the hourly rate or project milestones defined in our Agreement).
  • Client Satisfaction: We aim for high-quality results. Instead of refunds, we offer a revision process as outlined in our Service Agreement. We will work with you through the allotted number of revisions to ensure the final design meets the agreed-upon goals.

3. Digital Products

For any downloadable digital assets (e.g., templates, e-books, graphics) available on our website:

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, they cannot be “returned.” Therefore, we do not offer refunds once the download link has been sent to you.
  • Exceptions: If a file is technically effectively corrupted or the wrong file was sent, and we are unable to provide a working replacement, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

4. Physical Products

We do not currently sell physical products. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect standard return procedures for physical goods in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
