Client process

01. Discovery Call

Before any contracts or payments, we’ll kick things off with a 30-minute chat to dive into your brand, goals, and challenges. This is where I learn how I can provide the most value. By the end, we’ll have a broad outline of your project scope, deliverables, budget, and timeline.

02. Tailored Proposal

With the insights from our call, I’ll put together a customized proposal. This usually includes a few different options (think bronze, silver, and gold packages) so you can choose what works best. Each proposal outlines the project milestones, deliverables, and pricing in detail.

03. Agreement & Onboarding

Once you’ve selected your preferred option, I’ll send over the contract, deposit invoice (50% of the total), and an onboarding questionnaire. You’ll also get guidance on curating your project moodboard. As soon as the paperwork and deposit are in, your project is officially scheduled.

04. Final Delivery

When the work is complete and you’ve signed off on everything, I’ll issue the final invoice for the remaining balance. Once payment is received, you’ll get all your project files neatly organized in an easy-to-use folder system. From there, it’s time to put everything into action and make an impact!
