Elly Nails & Lashes is a new beauty salon in Belgrade, specialising in high-quality nail and eyelash services. My role included developing a comprehensive brand identity: creating a modern, minimalist logo with warm tones, defining a friendly yet professional brand voice, and devising a marketing strategy focused on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. I identified key customer personas and implemented an online booking system. This project positioned Elly Nails & Lashes as a leading local beauty salon.

Customer Personas: Identified key customer personas, tailoring the brand message to resonate with their specific needs and preferences.
Logo Design: Developed a modern, minimalist logo incorporating elements symbolising nails and eyelashes, using warm tones such as pink, peach, and lavender.
Colour Scheme: Created a sophisticated colour palette featuring #FFB6C1 (pink), #FFDAB9 (peach), #E6E6FA (lavender), #FEFDFF (white), #9B8B98 (grey), and #392E37 (black).
Brand Voice: Defined the brand voice as friendly, professional, and elegant, ensuring communication is warm yet sophisticated, reflecting the high standards of service provided.
Marketing Strategy: Developed a marketing strategy focusing on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, utilising high-quality images, videos, and client testimonials. Implemented online booking and reminder systems to enhance customer convenience and engagement.
